Usability Test

In this usability test we looked at Emirates Airlines as they are considered one of the best airlines. I also looked at Ryan Air which is on a different end of the spectrum. Ryan Air, a popular budget airline. For these two airlines. Clearly there were going to be stark differences.

A major difference is that the Ryan Air website did little to help the user. Options like auto-suggesting the arrival airport and having the calendar being inflexible were regarded as not user friendly.

For any passenger having clear visibility of the price is very important. Further being able to distinguish a button more clearly is critical to keeping the user from clicking on everything and being totally confused. These points have been determined through the analysis of the first two usability tests.
